Mission of the organization
We are a local chili cooking club associated with CASI - Chili Appreciation Society International; We cook chili for charity, fun and fellowship. All proceeds from our sanctioned cookoffs must benefit a local charity. We also give multiple scholarships every year with monies raised from the Friday Salsa, Bean and Wings contest at Terlingua, held the day before the Terlingua International Chili Cookoff the first Saturday of November. We will host the 29th annual Rose City Chili Cookoff in 2010.
