Mission of the organization
Organized in 1990 by several cattlewomen in the Tyler area, East Texas PineyWoods CattleWomen is an affiliate of Texas CattleWomen. EastTexas PineyWoods CattleWomen work toward solving beef industry problems, informing consumers of the contributions that the cattle industry makes toward the economy of the nation and promoting the importance of the industry. New members are welcome and are encouraged to become a member by completing the ETPWCW Membership Application and returning it to the treasurer. A member needs to have an interest in promoting beef products and informing beef consumers of the "power o protein" in a healthy diet.
